Nine is the musical re-telling of Federico Fellini's semi-autobiographical "8 and a half". It tells the story of Guido Contini (Daniel Day-Lewis), a world famous film director as he confronts an epic mid-life crisis with both creative and personal problems. He must balance the many women of his life, including his wife (Marion Cotillard), his mistress (Penelope Cruz), his film star muse (Nicole Kidman), his confidant and costume designer (Judi Dench), an American fashion journalist (Kate Hudson), the whore from his youth (Fergie) and his mother (Sophia Loren). The original 1982 Broadway production of NINE, with music and lyrics by Maury Yeston, won five Tony Awards including Best Musical.
Fendi Fall Winter 2009 Peek-A-Boo BagsThe Fendi Peek-A-Boo Bags is one of the best offerings that ever come out of 'veteran' Italian fashion house. I have raved about the Spring Summer 2009 season's Peek-A-Boo designs and colours. Now that Fall Winter 2009 is upon us, Fendi has breathe new life to this 'classic and yet quirky' bag with splashes of new colours and crafting it in new materials. More sombre tones of browns and blacks or even metallics are seen on these highly coveted arm candies.Without any frilly detailing, this elegant bag can work for a guy as well. Since the large version stands at a width of 40cm, it is possible to pass off as a man's soft 'briefcase' but in a more interesting format. The removeable shoulder strap also comes in handy to change the bag from formal to casual siutations. For Fall Winter 2009, I am drooling at the leather version in dark brown with lighter brown leather handle and trimmings. Wonder what surprise the lining might bring...perhaps some horse hair print? And if anyone wants a more striking colour (I mean the ladies only), a rouge red version is bound to set your outfit ablaze with attention:-PPeek-A-Boo...now you see it, now you don't:-) These bags do sell out fast from past online research. So get ready your credit cards once any of these cuties start to appear.
The Greek businessman, a distributor of ready to wear luxury, is certainly one of the largest collectors with its assets, more than 423 models with 70 sacks that have been created for him. One of them joined the pantheon of muses. After Kelly, Birkin, the Yohji, here's Lakis, a Kelly bag with zippered pockets.
After a collaboration with Raf Simons and Comptoir des Cotonniers, and placed under the sprojecteurs with Agyness Deyn, the Doc Martens are found under the cutters Jean Paul Gaultier, who had already used its parade autumn winter 2009. For the occasion, the 80's revival is thoroughly morning of punk attitude. After the nails, here the mesh with a diamond cutting the famous "14 eye boots, which still retains its original attributes: apparent tongue and yellow stitching. This collection will be available from 1 December 2009 only in outlets Jean Paul Gaultier and Shop Dr. Martens at Paris and London.

Frida Giannini, the Creative Director of Gucci, draws every year a special collection at Christmas - the most fruitful period of the year for grants - to ensure maximum sales to UNICEF, the Gucci boutiques around the world paying back a percentage of sales. Gucci's contribution to UNICEF reaches 5 million dollars making it one of the largest donors to UNICEF. After the success of the collection last year, played by Rihanna and Frida Giannini was asked this year to the author and illustrator Michael Roberts create a sequel to his children's book with great success, "Snowman in Paradise" , published in 2004.
